A minimum of 24 hours is required for delivery on Oahu. A minimum of 48 hours is needed for packing and shipping to the outer islands, nationally and internationally. We may compose your gift with alternative products of equal or greater quality and value.
All orders will be delivered upon receipt of payment. Major credit cards are accepted. All credit card transactions are processed in real time. Your information is received by our secure E-Commerce web server, using the latest encryption technology and methods. Once your order has been processed, all credit card information is deleted.
State sales tax (4.712%) is inclusive within the pricing to gifts delivered in Hawaii.
We provide hand delivery services on the island of Oahu only. For shipping, see Packing and Shipping section. Delivery on the island of Oahu is FREE. For Rush orders or same day orders, a delivery charge of $10 will be assessed. Hotel deliveries will require a $2 gratuity. Deliveries are made Monday through Sunday (seven days a week). Deliveries are available during all major holidays for an additional service charge of $15. Sorry, we will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided to us however, every attempt will be made to complete the delivery. If the delivery cannot be made after all attempts have been exhausted, there will be no refund for ordered products or delivery charges (if they apply). If there is a request for a re-delivery due to an incorrect address or any wrong information, a re-delivery charge of $15 will apply. All extra charges are subject to change at the discretion of Waikiki Signature Amenities.
Most gift baskets are shipped via 2-day or 3-day air out of Hawaii via USPS Priority mail. Pricing depends on the dimensions or weight of the gift. Please call us for shipping prices. We will not be held liable for incorrect addresses provided to us. Customers will be responsible for any un-deliverable, or re-delivery charges due to incorrect shipping information. There will be no refunds if all attempts have been made to ship the product(s) and the product(s) still do not make it to their destination.
Our company is built on providing high quality food gifts items with a beautiful and classy presentation. We guarantee that your gift will arrive in pristine condition. We will only replace the items in the gift basket that have been damaged during delivery or had initial errors in the processing and creation process that were missed in the inspection process. Each food item is individually inspected for quality and freshness, to the extent of a visual and tactile determination.
